Alfredo got an early start as an Analyst and Researcher at The FireSpring Fund, a business accelerator in Orlando, FL. He then went on to participate in the Entrepreneurial Scholar of Distinction program at venVelo, an early-stage venture capital firm, before becoming an Analyst at Arsenal Growth, formerly known as Arsenal Venture Partners, an execution stage growth equity firm focusing in the intersection of government and privately funded companies. He also co-founded two startups along the way in the e-commerce and cryptocurrency sectors.

After that, he moved back to his home country Spain, where he served as the Director of International Business Development for Vagalume Energia, a Renewable Energy & Utilities provider startup. His passion for startups and finance led him to start AFC Ventures, a consulting and brokerage firm for which he serves full time as a Managing Partner and HireYouApp, a temporary contract processing software platform that he sold to a Spanish competitor in 2024.

Alfredo holds an International Business degree from Rollins College and a Masters in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Crummer Graduate School of Business.
